Being a city planner is a fairly thankless job.  Your hard work to design streets, make sure the sewer has the capacity to support the housing development going in, insure that streets are built wide enough so emergency vehicles can access all homes, and dealing with the politicians who command you to do it and do it now must be pretty trying at times.

However when your plan becomes a feature on someone’s home decor, I’d say you just scored an epic win!  Like these plates featured on Apartment Therapy… I know what I’d like to get our city planner for his birthday this year!
