This article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution was quite interesting. It made me think of how this housing crisis is really hurting the smaller builders the most. My grandfather was a general contractor, and I’m glad he’s not alive to see this mess. There’s no easy way to get out of this mess, but I hope something is fixed soon so the small builders and the people who work for them to get back to work.
