I love me some LL Bean. They have excellent customer service and their returns policy is one of the best in the business. I have had nothing but great service from LL Bean and their merchandise definitely stands the test of time- I still have an LL Bean backpack that I’m pretty sure I got way back in the 1980s and it’s still in great shape.
