My deco is a startup that for helping people to decorate their homes, the site is founded by Martha Lane Fox and Brent Hoberman who started the very successful and famous travel Website Lastminute.com.

The site is not live yet but the pair have been able to secure some $10 million in funding so far to it going, the site will help people to make the right decisions regarding the choices of the décor and how to avoid some of the more common disasters, similar to what we see on those TV programs.

There is no doubt that the two founders have a good eye as to what is a winner, for they started last minute.com as a startup travel website, this went through all the ups and downs before they finally sold out to Travelocity for just over one billion US dollars, not bad!

To get things going they are offering the chance to win a £1000 ($2000) makeover for your home, all you need to do is sign up for email alerts on the progress of the site and news about My deco. There are no indications of as and when the site will go live, also it is not yet known if the site will be for the UK or UK and USA, although the domain is .com.
